The bill (Reg. No. 7176) states that
public administrators in the licensing centers shall issue,
re-register or cancel the licenses.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the bill will simplify the issue of licenses and foster relations between the public administrators, the economic entities and the licensing bodies concerning the issue of licenses, prevent official malfeasances in the local executive authority bodies, and enhance the quality of service of the economic entities in the licensing centers.
